From what i’ve tested it seems these are only available in the finale, so in case anyone looks this one up later you have a moment for free roaming that they become access-able later on in chapter 13 when you first can change time of day freely.
Looked around a lot but couldn’t find any information so i hope this helps someone else later on.
Just putting it here as a guide so it dosen’t get lost, and if someone is searching around they are more likely to check guides first.
Onomichi Alight
1: Had it trigger near the middle of Second Hills stairs, daytime.
A Fire extinguisher can be found in the back of La Pente
2: Had it trigger near Yonetoku on Jingai main street. Dusk
A Fire extinguihser can be found near the vending machines close to the spear fishing minigame (this one seems to not respawn after use)
3: Had it trigger on the big street near Jingai main street and the Central Shopping district. Dusk
A Fire extinguisher can be found on the roof above the cuby with Vending Machines near the Pawn shop, you can get to it by jumping across the rooftop to the right. it’s hard to see but it’s in a corner near the ladder. (respawned after use for me)
4: last one (Fuel to the fire) Got it to trigger near where the baseball player that wanted suplements was, on N hana no kubo, Dusk (changed time of day a few times before it triggered, others triggered quickly)
can use the Fire extinguisher from 3 and another on the way up to the shrine on the west side:
Can’t say if the time of day matters but i got it to work at these times so at least they work.
Kamurocho Alight
1: Triggered on Pink street near nakamichi alley, after getting back from the hospital in the finale.
A Fire extinguisher can be found where there was a store in earlier games, right next to where the fire is.
You reach the roof from going into the Mantai internet building, 3rd floor going through the office and out on the stairway and jumping across.
2: Got it to trigger going for Hot water, on the road below Sushi Zanmai (there is just enough time to finish Hot water if you hurry)
A Fire extinguisher can be found in the alley just above where you are:
3: Got it to trigger on Theatre avenue, next to club Sega
A Fire extinguisher can be found in the big tower next to the elevators (near Osaka King):
4: finale (Turn down the Burndown) Got it to trigger on Suppon Street, about halfway in.
You get to it either by going up through lullaby mahjong or the alleyway beside it, went for the alleyway myself. you get down by jumping over the rail (very not safe, his knees will be ruined)
A either go for the same as 3, or get both from Millenium tower.
Keeping the Peace 2/3, in hot water
2: Got it to trigger near the end of Tenkaichi street, near Wild Jackson and Akaushimaru
(Tested, it spawned before and after Alight or hot water was done) though only spawns after you get back from the hospital.
3: Got it to trigger doing the last Alight mission, in the millennium tower. had enough time to finish it and still get to this one.
Hot Water: got it to trigger going up the stairs for alight 1.
